Post Primary students organised a Christmas Celebration this year and invited family members and friends to join us in school. This is part of the Junior Cycle Schools Programme initiative. Congratulations to all students on the success of their Christmas celebration market.
There was a variety of celebrations with a short Christmas video giving a snapshot of engagement in Christmas activities in school over the last few weeks. Thank you to all staff and students for creating such lovely artwork in school and for contributing to the wonderful Christmas spirit in Marino School. We all thoroughly enjoyed various drama activities, music, dance, art, poetry and many fun activities to celebrate the Christmas season!
The Christmas Market and the Annual Christmas Raffle was a great success and we raised €3,274.00. This money will be used for the development of a sensory space for students, to promote opportunities for regulation over the course of the school day. Thank you again to all families for your wonderful support.
