Students and staff had a great week in Marino School, celebrating Seachtain na Gaeilge and St. Patrick's Day! Staff organised a variety of Irish cultural activities and students enjoyed all the Irish fun! The highlight of the week were the Irish dancing performances by dancers from St. Patrick’s N.S., St. Cronan’s N.S. and GaelScoil Uí Cheadaigh. We were delighted to welcome our neighbours over on Wednesday 11th March for amazing musical and dancing performances and an interactive session at the end! There was endless fun and it was certainly an enjoyable week for all students. We enjoyed the Green Day parade with dancing and Tráth na gCeist, flags and shamrocks! Well done to staff on organising a lovely cultural week for all. Thank you to all local schools for joining us for seachtain na Gaeilge! We hope that everyone enjoys St. Patrick's weekend.
