🏓 Table Tennis Competition at Marino School

The Table Tennis (Ping Pong) competition began as part of a learning initiative aimed at developing students’ skills in responsibility, teamwork, and event organisation. Initially designed as a small-scale project, it quickly grew into a whole-school event.

The competition now involves teaching staff and SNAs and is proudly organised by the students of PP2 and PP3. It promotes sporting values such as fairness, commitment, and respect, while also creating a fun and lively atmosphere during break times.

Our students have shown great enthusiasm and leadership throughout the process. They even present weekly updates with the latest news from the competition, much to the enjoyment of their peers and staff members.

A fantastic example of student initiative and community spirit in action! A special thank you to Ivana from Table Tennis Ireland, for teaching us table tennis skills and for motivating students to participate in this sport.
